Looks like the chassis for 1914 Scripps-Booth Rocket Tandem Roadster - the pointed rocket-like protuberance at the front was the fuel tank. The Rocket was powered by a Spacke V-twin engine and sold for $385. Approximately 400 were built. By 1917 Scripps-Booth was owned by GM, and was effectively and assembled car with an Oakland chassis and Northway engine. GM President Alfred P Sloan decided Scripps-Booth had no place in the GM hierarchy. Approximately 24,000 were built in the GM era before production ended in 1922.
