The Plumber's Nightmare.

C. forty years ago, Classic Bike magazine ran photos of the series A known as Glitterguts: about every part of it that was amenable to nickel plating had been plated and polished. Someone's old all-round race bike. I wisht I could find a site with photos, it's very kool.

Rats, you may be thinking of the Oct 93 Classic Motor Cycle issue. Alloy fenders, and tank. Gorgeous. I've added it to the post.

Heh, yeah. "Alloy," that's what I meant to say. Heh. Thanks, Mr G.

Rats, I typed alloy because it had less letters than "aluminum"...

On the way to breakfast with my wife one Sunday a guy riding a Vincent pulled out in front of us. I turned off the radio, rolled down the window and followed him for quite a while, well past the restaurant. Wife was OK with it and understood. I knew she was a keeper.
