C. forty years ago, Classic Bike magazine ran photos of the series A known as Glitterguts: about every part of it that was amenable to nickel plating had been plated and polished. Someone's old all-round race bike. I wisht I could find a site with photos, it's very kool.
On the way to breakfast with my wife one Sunday a guy riding a Vincent pulled out in front of us. I turned off the radio, rolled down the window and followed him for quite a while, well past the restaurant. Wife was OK with it and understood. I knew she was a keeper.
