I like that the artist got the power cables right (foreground and background) with jumper cables across the insulators...a detail often neglected.
Its an odd detail to get right, the cars, trucks, train and airplane are all a little bit "wrong" I see the name O'Molley up in the top corner, there was an Irish artist of that name but his style is not like this.
The book credits the illustration to "J. M. O'Malley."
