Once again I haven't provided anything for scale but this tool is about 12-14 inches long with cutting jaw about 3/4 inch in size, wrong shape for a lopper, too small for a dehorning tool, too large for wire or cable. No name or logo anywhere, any guesses?

I think they are cable cutters; they have a unique look...maybe designed for use wearing heavy gloves. I found an identical pair on eBay in the UK but all they say is "Made in USA" and "-S-"

Maybe somebody will recognize that "-S-" mark; it's not ringing any bells with me.
My dentist has a set. I'll ask her.
Looks like an arborist's pruning snips to me, but I've been known to be wrong before.
