Polish Pliers

I found these Polish-made linesman's pliers recently.  I've never before seen any tools made in this country turn up where I live.


I don't know if RSUa refers to the company name.  A google search leads to a site apparently still selling these tools, claiming the maker to be "Poland Airplane Parts" which seems unlikely.  (The site also quotes a price of $75.09 for their example.  I don't think so.)

I did a previous post on a Czechoslovakian-made wrench.  Both of these countries did have significant tool-making concerns at one time.

I have a pair of these, they were part of a 1957 birthday present. they still function perfectly but I would not pay $75 for them
