Airplane Seat

Another swap meet find, this appears to be a primitive airline seat. Aluminum construction a pocket under the seat for life jacket, a built-in folding tray for the seat behind. But we never found out what plane it was from.

Below, one possible clue....The Short flying boat interior picture shows a similar-type headrest.
