This a fine socket chisel found locally, It's difficult to read but the name Kronan appears on the underside, there is little information to be found on that company. Also, along with Made in Sweden, is the steelworking city name, Eskilstuna, which seems to appear on many Swedish-made tools.
If this tool is put back into service, the edge will need attention.

If you ever want to make a new handle for a socket chisel, the tin-foil trick really works: stuff the socket tightly with a wad of tin foil, pull it out and you'll have a form of exactly how the tang should be shaped. You can get fancy and make it on a lathe, or you can rough it with hand-tools from a piece of broomstick, epoxy it in, and get to work (not that I've ever done that).
It would be a shame not to re-handle it. It would be a nice little wood lathe project, wouldn't it?
The chisel must be desirable, this site has reproduction handles for them. https://teddawsonantiquetools.com/collections/chisels-gauges/products/copy-of-e-a-berg-1-1-2-socket-chisel
