Streamline tape measure #408

 This is an interesting variation on a tape measure. It’s basically upside down, the tape curving out of the housing. Not ideal for an inside measure, but there is a mark to read the exact distance. This tool was a promotional piece, coming from Sam Bernardino Pipe and Supply.
