Cleveland Wrench was founded in 1946, they seem to have only made the Autokit-type swinging jaw ratchet wrench. The example at Alloy Artifacts shows the Auto Grip name, this one only reads Cleveland wrench. It seems like an odd product to start a company for, the time had probably passed for that style of wrench. Not sure when the company closed.
