We've all seen (and owned) this type of multi-holesize leather punch. Usually assembled from a few pressed steel parts. They're fragile and never last long. This one is different, made of solid cast parts with a well supported wheel, a beautiful thing.
The tool was made by a company named C. S. Osborne, which is still in business today. Company website here.
