I bought these at a garage sale and all I can say about them is they seem to work fine. Like the "Carl Wetzlar" binoculars of an earlier post they're also made in Japan, but as far as I can see, without any of the Japanese Manufacturers' Codes for Optical Products codes stamped in them.
The only clue might be the tiny stamp on the front of them, the letters FOC within a trapezoid. This might indicate the Fujimori Optical Co. Ltd. of Tokyo (JB250) but I can find no relevant info on that company either. This make of binoculars is not uncommon on ebay and the prices are low.
