Fibreglass tank/seat unit

Another old useless thing picked up at a swap meet, just because... At first I thought it might have been from some obscure trials bike, possibly British, copied from the Spanish trials bikes but I think now it's homemade and probably the maker is the only guy who knows what it fits..
