Victaulic swivel wrench

I can't find this socket wrench in the current Victaulic catalog but can find similar ones described as a Rastall swivel wrench for use on "groove-type couplings" used in pipefitting systems. The tool looks flimsy but is rated to 190-200 ft lbs of torque.
