Advertised as a KZ600, I don't recognize that designation, there was a four cylinder aircooled KZ650 in the seventies and more recently a liquid cooled ZX600 with the cam tunnel on the right side of the engine. Not really a "Mystery" but we'll say it is a nice cutaway of modern narrow-angle 4 valve motorcycle engine.
