Pete Seeger, Lee Hays, Peter Paul and Mary and others could each have a hammer.
I always thought it was "If your only tool is a hamster ...".
While it's true that you can't have too many clamps, I have learned over time that you can in fact have too many hammers.Anybody in need of some ballast?
Too many claw hammers. I only see one, lonely ball peen in the mix next to a lonely tack hammer. So this collection needs some balance.
