I have one identical to this, octo end probably for hub cap and other end for spindle nut. don't have ideas for other holes
Thanks to meddleshop's clue, it's a Ford hubcap and spindle nut wrench, and the odd flat-round hole us for the oil drain plug. Discussion here:http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/411944/443744.html?1399685779
