A fine accessory for your brace and bit. Put it in the chuck, make the necessary adjustments and scratch your circle.

It looks like a washer cutter but it's odd that the ends are fixed. You can't move the cutters independently of each other. You can slide the crossbar back and forth but that appears to be the only adjustment, unless I'm missing something. It would be nice to see the back side and if the crossbar comes out and can be flipped or if it's welded in there.

I have that rear view! (added to the post). But it doesn't help.:-)
Maybe the crossbar is two pieces that slide against each other and I just can't make it out in the picture.
