Back in the 1980s when everyone was overreacting about the 3wheel ATCs, Missile Engineering offered a two wheel conversion kit to convert the machines into proper two wheelers. I never saw the kit back in the day, but to me an obvious project would be to utilize that now-underemployed third wheel to create a sidecar rig for the machine. A bit tongue-in-cheek perhaps, but I wonder if anyone ever did.
Drew discovered that Dirt Wheels tested the machine in 1989 and sent me this. Link here.

The suspension geometry would be an interesting exercise, probably doomed to failure.
yeah... that would be cool to make a 3-wheeler a motorcycle then use the remaining left over wheel to build a sidecar. be sure to fabricate and make it look like Honda made it all from the factory. include red plastic sidecar fender that ... you'll fabricate fiberglASS sidecar fender that matches. next, fabricate a trailer for your rig that looks like Honda built it to go with your Honda Sidecar. let's purchase 80's riding gear for your goof sidecar monkey that we force to participate against their will. you might have to strap him in to keep him from trying to escape the sidecar. once moving they will be to afraid to try to escape....
