A 3-1/2" floppy saved my life!

A novelty seat belt cutter produced for CGE.  The 3-1/2 floppy discs and drives were introduced by Sony in 1981.  (They replaced the 5-1/4" discs, whose size was supposedly dictated by the size of cocktail napkin.)  The 3-1/2" ones eventually grew to be able to store a mighty 1.44 MB of data.  OK, so your thumb drive has way more memory--try cutting your seatbelt with it!
