Here's an old agricultural-type multitool in new or little-used condition. M 215 EE is the only marking. No manufacturer name is provided but a Worthpoint entry suggests it is a tool for a seed drill made by Thomas Mfg. of Springfield Ohio. That seems to be the only online reference to this tool. Can we confirm the manufacturer name?
Previous Thomas Mfg. multitool post here.
Update. What looks like a hammer, is actually a hex socket.

Probably a good reason it’s practically unused.
If you search "M215EE wrench" without spaces there are a number of them out there along with a number of guesses but nothing definitive. The right end does look like a gas bottle wrench but not the left end (who would put a hammer on a gas bottle wrench?) and there's one out there painted green so they're calling it a John Deere but who knows.
Wait maybe that's a hex (socket) wrench and not a hammer? If it is, then maybe it is a gas bottle wrench. One of the auctions says the wrench shipped with Craftsman welders but I looked in a couple of catalogs and while they did ship with wrenches I didn't see one that looked like the left end of that one.
I believe you are correct, that is a hex socket, not a hammer. I've added the detail to the post.
