"and Free Wheeling". Anyone have an idea or comment on what this is about? I already know what free wheeling is in the context of putting a manual transmission in neutral and coasting, therefore it's without the engine being engaged to the wheels. But is this what the ad copy is referring to?

I think it means the wheels can overrun the engine, ie no compressive braking.

And, bicycles still use it,but was outlawed in states with mountains.

my freakin' cousin let me ride his bicycle straight down a hill with no brakes and I went all the way around a house going about 40 mph at the bottom of the hill without crashing or hitting anything. sunofabitch.
