Yup it's a Trackmaster frame. Inspiration for the factory OIF, and a real shame they didn't copy it more closely.
Front brake suggests that the bike's set up for TT racing -- close to flat track but with at least one right turn; some gentle whoops; and one jump. Any serious racer would bring a second, spool-hub front wheel rather than simply disconnecting the brake when the TT event concluded.
The Peoria (Illinois) Mile is (maybe/I think/pretty sure) the only AMA Grand National flat track venue that includes a TT race on the card. Lots of swell photos and videos of the venerable Peoria TT are there for the ogling on the Web. --rats

No cable on that front brake, so it would pass flat track scruteneering. Might be doing supermoto duty on other occasions.
