Not sure what’s going on here, She might be in some sort of “sociable” or maybe a car chassis. Anyways, she’s looking out at the camera with a very inviting look…

Whatever the contraption is, those fine seats are clearly from an age when it was a mark of worldly success to be, uh, broad in the beam. When guys whose watch chains stretched supertaut across big hemispherical bellies would pat those bellies and happily observe: "Bought and paid for!". --rats
According to the Internet (not AI) it's a Stutz and she's a very small woman, hence the pedal extensions. That inclined tray in the floor is a heel rest, apparently sized for a man's boot. The steering wheel is relatively large because it took a lot of torque to steer without power assistance.
She had to jump up and down at the counter to get the tobacconist's notice, crying "Chesterfields! Chesterfields!" in her teeny tiny Minnie Mouse voice.

The through steering wheel forward vision system subsequently became popular with Lil' Ol' Ladies from Pasadena.
A not so alluring picture of how it looks without the pedal extensions:

And those are definitely the economy seats.
A sight of stocking.
Oh. Heh. Good observation. I guess that glimpse might have been nearly scandalous in its time.
I wisht I had a hat like that.
I bet she chain smokes just not at that moment.
Chesterfields probably.
