The only marking is the cast word "Garnet" (I think). Looks like a multitool for lifting lids and the other triangular socket for maybe turning grates. However, I can only find a Garnet gas stove company (made in the last couple of decades), maybe that's it?

It looks like a bike part to me, but what part I don't know...a lever of some sort.
It seems a device-specific tool, the most likely Garnet named company I can find is the gas stoves... I'll keep looking.
