even though I hate boats with all my guts, I would go to town on polishing that thing up and display inside it's own beautifully built matching garage. install puffy comfort bench seat upholstered in deep tuck-n-roll period correct sofa couch fabric. install a 1920's large chandelier above it. never put it in water ever again. sit in it while smoking a pipe and looking at vintage boat magazines. I guess.

I like how the ship-lap matches the siding.

OK, the design is delightful. But....
I say, flip it over, prop it up till the keel is straight, clean it up and make a fibreglass mold of it.
