OLJA is probably oil pressure in bar? Up top where you can see it because back then oil pressure was critical but not so reliable.
"Gasoline" is "bensin" in Swedish, like the low right gauge, but it's "benzín" in Czech. Hurray for Mr G and his admirable thinkin' skills!
Ok so an early Saab or Volvo, I guess.:-)
Not an early Saab, I'd say, they had a long rectangular dash behind glass.
