It's a 1940 Standard. '40 headlight doors (which are often put on '39's to upgrade to sealed beams), but you can just see the Sargent stripe '40 taillights. In '38, '39' & '40 the Standard model had a grill similar to, but not quite the same as the prior year.

Thank you. I'm not an expert on the car (but I think they're beautiful). I waffled on ithe year- and got it wrong :-)
