Charm-N-Style
I'm not sure what Shade Risers (solid brass) are but the name Charm-n-Style shows up in a google search in reference to a long-gone supplier of metal electrical, lamp and trim parts. The small print on the card above says they were located in Toronto but I can find no info at all.

Still in use. According to this supplier:

Wow, they have a whole section on what is in essence just a threaded spacer. Thanks for the info!
