Gordon Fairbanks of Montreal drove his customized 1936 Ford Roadster down to New York City in the summer of 1942 where this picture was taken. The car sports a split windshield from an Auburn Speedster, exhaust pipes reminiscent of the same car, a chopped top, skirts and ribbed bumpers. Under the hood a McCullough supercharger livened up the engine.
