Here's an odd 1 1/2" wrench with an unsually short handle. It must be part of a system that utilizes a slip-on type handle, possibly formalizing the 6 foot pipe-persuader process, so favored by us hacks.
The printed text "DWG ####" and "TLD ####" don't seem to help in a google search.
Someone must have these in their toolbox, thoughts?

Looks modern; DWG in CAD-speak is shorthand for "drawing", so might also be a kind of a part number. D.
Might be for an interchangeable head torque wrench.
It looks a lot like a striking hammer wrench but those are usually box end.
Indeed Zoro tools sells an open ended hammer wrench

That and a lead sledge will move the world!
I wish we could see the butt end because that looks to me like it could be a standard open-end wrench that somebody who's (very) good with a grinder cut an end off of so they could slip a pipe onto it.
The end was finished like the rest of the wrench, not cut off, it was the first thing I looked at. There a couple of others there also, in various sizes greater than 1 1/2”, really looks like part of some system.
