Looks like a kickstand but not quite. No pad and square holes in the mounting casting might indicate carriage bolts. So maybe part of a piece of farm equipment? Doesn’t look like there is a place for a spring but the arm might slide up to have the “pin” detent into the slot on the mount? Any guesses?

Looks like it could be some kind of a bender for metal? Looks like you could stick something through the slots and the pin on the long part could bend it. If it’s cast aluminum probably wouldn’t bend anything substantial. Just guessing.
Maybe part of a barbed-wire stretcher? I don't have any evidence to support that but it's a guess.
