We used to make things in this country. #162: Simplex Iron & Tool Co. (SITCO), Toronto, Ontario

I found this very unusual adjustable wrench at a flea market yesterday:




Below, the toggle which releases a pawl on the geared wrench head, allowing it to be swiveled around its axis:



This is the first time I have ever seen a product of this company and I suspect that the wrench was not very successful.  I can find absolutely no information on the web about its manufacturer.
