Here's a wrench manufacturer I've never seen. Just a 9/16" 5/8" combination wrench, apparently made in Japan. Not much information online past a few for sale on ebay, but the Frank and Warren name comes up as a manufacturer of a survival axe/knife used in the military from WW2 through the Vietnam war era.
