I've seen that color before, now let me think, oh yea they used to paint the bottom half of the walls that color on old USAF base buildings. I like it!
It's only a matter of time until the vehicle owner gets fined for having an obstructed front license plate unless that front winch is removable and was only attached for the photograph.

As for the license plate, it’s a Maine car, I don’t know how strict the police are.
