Flying Cars again, The Convair Model 118 ConvAirCar. 1947
Another post-WW2 flying car attempt, this time from an experienced aircraft company, Convair. Two prototypes were built but after a crash and a general decline in interest in the project, the project was cancelled. More of the story here.
