I'm frequently irritated when I see 'pasted on' side marker lights that were mandated for the '68 model year. Especially when it's a car like my Mustags that were otherwise essentially unchanged from '67 to '68.
And I'm talking rubbish - the shining headlight toy was a Riviera; the Toronado toy had moveable headlights operated by a wheel. Might've had removeable wheels, too.

A top jockey at the Detroit race tracks bought one, first year, in metallic emerald. Oh mercy!
there's no side marker lights or right side mirror

We never saw them here - but I had a Dinky (Corgi?) toy of one that had a thing that if you had light in the right place, the headlights shone. D.
