At least it's sprung; many of of the current box-front cargo bicycles aren't, which makes them a bit jittery to ride. I wouldn't fancy riding that fast, although I suspect it'd be fine as an in-town delivery bike. D.
I bet that if there were two in a given town, racing took place.--rats
