I think nearer 1980 because of the square indicators. Looks like the corner windows make it a Westphalia Weekend Cruiser. Nice.
It's a lot to clip onto those rain gutters, that's for sure. But it looks cool.
Oh and I think that rear hatch lock is definitely aftermarket. And installed a little off-kilter?
dirty hippies camping out in yer hood, they should go take bath.
Bus is, I think, a Brazilian as it combines elements of T1 and T2 versions.
