The Bomber Command Museum of Canada, has a couple of "airplanes on a stick" - a T33 and a CF 100 Canuck, outside of their facility in Nanton Alberta. They also have a restored Lancaster, which is kept inside of the museum hangar. When I lived in the area, back in the '70s and '80s, the Lancaster just sat out in the open and was slowly deteriorating under the elements. I'm so glad to see that a group of people have pulled together in order to preserve these important pieces of history.
