Long distance Mitsubishi G3

In the 1930s several long-distance flights were carried by Japanese airmen in Mitsubishi G3M1-L twin engined transport planes, including this one J-BACI (also named Nippon) that flew around the world between August 29 and October 30 1939, 32,850 miles in 194 flying hours. The transport plane was the civil airliner version of the bomber known as "Nell" to American pilots in WW2.
