The saw seems to small to be a serious meat saw, only about 9 1/2 inches long with a blade of only about 5 inches long. Some of these appear on ebay, oat the top of the arch on one of them is the name; Chef Saw - Hornsby & McKinley Co. - Hollywood, California - U.S.A, Probably nicer as a piece of sculpture than a real tool.
