John Surtees remains the only person in motorsport history to win World Championships on both two and four wheels. His legendary career included seven motorcycle Grand Prix championships in the 350cc and 500cc categories on MV Agusta (between 1956 and 1960), followed by the 1964 Formula 1 World Drivers' Championship with Ferrari.
I think that that might be a Manx frame; the curve from the top tube down to the swingarm mount plate has a greater radius than Dominators and so on. Black Shadow engine, too (Rapide ones weren't painted). D.

That's a lot of motor to fit into the space meant for a 500 single.
