Automotive valve service tools

Fred's neighbour Rick brought these two tools over today to show us. The long wooden tool is not uncommon, rubber suction cup to attach to a valve face, some valve grinding paste, spin back and forth between your hands to seat the valve in the seat.
The other tool I've not seen before- a hand operated valve cutting tool from the days this sort of service was required frequently. Insert a valve in need of recutting, set to appropriate angle and turn crank to recut the valve sealing area. We did not see a name on the tool, just cast-in "3V-1A" on the bottom.

Thanks Rick!
