Tempo from Norway

 Tempo was a Norwegian motorcycle manufacturer in business from 1934-1994. The company used proprietary engines mostly from Sachs. The 175 Cross shown here was in production from 1958-1966 and was at least considered for import into the USA.

AFAIK, the only motorcycle manufactured in Norway.
