Here's a set of girder forks that turned up at a friends place, searching around online brought no identification but finally someone had determined they're from a Montgomery motorcycle, a make that seems to be extremely rare.
There would be no way that Montgomery would officially import and sell their bikes in Canada, so I presume it was someone who emigrated to Canada from England and decided to take their bike with them.

In my experience, the name Montgomery barely makes it into any list of British motorcycles- kind of like McEvoy. Hard to find much information.
