I understand (or like to think I do) matricides, compulsive gamblers, combine harvesters, and elements of the U.S. polity whom I wouldn't touch with a long stick. But I don't understand the couple on that scooter at all.

Oh I'd ride the scooter, if I had a gorilla costume or even a grocery bag to go over my head. As would you, admit it.
