Looks like quite a conglomeration of old and new components, but those forks in particular I'm a bit unsure of. Seem a bit spindly for sidecar use.

nothing old in there . Chinese CJ750. Decent enough bike but not a BMW

I humbly ask forgiveness and sincerely apologize for the previous comment. I was hoodwinked int thinking that I was looking at a real, vintage BMW. My only excuse is I’m old, with bad eyes, and was looking at it on my phone when I made my first comment. Apologies, and I promise it won’t happen again…

front number plate is BS. These Chinese CJ750 copies are everywhere looking to snag the unwary . Unfortunately they often do. Nothing on this bike is BMW in origin.

BMW R71s are sidevalves not OHV, So not even close on the most obvious feature. Oh well, someone tried anyway.
