2CV TPV (Toute Petite Voiture—"Very Small Car")

One of a prewar pilot run of 250. Management hid the project from the Germans and very few survived the war. At this point five examples exist, it appears that occasionally another one turns up from its hiding place. 
The single headlight met the French legal requirements of the time.

I want one. That looks to me like the car of the future -- what working people will be able to afford. A pickup truck version would suit me fine.

I think "TPV" works out more correctly to "Tres Petite Voiture", rather than "Toute Petite Voiture". The TPV is mentioned in the instruction sheet for a Tamiya scale model of the Citroen 2CV, and Tamiya spells out "TPV" as "Tres Petite Voiture".
