That has to be out of a JC Whitney catalog!

The "Illuminated Jester" was always my favorite J.C. Whitney hood ornament.

The JC Whitney influence is certainly obvious! That was always an entertaining catalog. It's actually Canadian Tire, a national brand, formerly the Canadian go-to place for hardware and car parts, In recent years its turned into a big Walmart-type store that has some bubblepack fasteners (if you can find that aisle) and a parts counter usually manned by a completely useless teenager who reads from the applications app. "Uhhhhh...Is your Mustang a fourdoor?"
Even sparkplugs are behind the counter and imagine the conversation when I went in for plugs for a 1948 Ford tractor (Autolite 437).
I'll admit I'm a dinosaur and that I'm not their demographic.
